When is the BEST time to sell?

Now that the snow is finally melting off the ground here in New England, I get asked alot. "Michele, when is the BEST time to sell?" My answer is always, "When it's right for you."

Selling or buying a home can be one of the most stressful things you can do in your life and it's not just as simple as putting that sign out in your yard and waiting for showings. There is much more.

What I love is helping a homeowner prepare to sell in the best time that they can and when they are fully ready because like anything, it is a commitment. And it's important that we work as a team so we can get to the finish line, CLOSING DAY!
