Another successful closing!

So happy to have helped a high school friend and her Mom sell their family home! Even though we hadn't seen each other since high school, we continued our relationship through Facebook and she had seen lots of my posts and were inspired by them. That warmed my heart. Her Mom had a family member who had wanted to purchase the home but when they realized that wasn't possible, they entrusted me and my experience in real estate to help them through the process.
